Pandora bracelet sizing?

The more charms, the tighter the bracelet becomes. It depends on if you choose a snug or very loose fitting bracelet.
Keep in mind, if you intend to wear just a couple of charms/beads you may want to get a snugger fit if you do not intend to fill the bracelet up.

My wrist is exactly 15cm as well, and I’ve got a 19cm pandora bracelet - it’s comfy on me because I like my bracelets sliding up and down my arms lol.
I got a 18cm bracelet to start off with, and it was a very close fit, so i guess you would like it as 18cm?
